While traveling the world isn’t an option, The 404 Kitchen takes you for a culinary ride this summer. Chef Matt Bolus will team up with culinary superstars, such as: Marcus Samuelsson, Andrew Zimmern, and Carla Hall for a Staycation Dinner Series, allowing guests to experience local and global cuisines while comfortably at home, or in our dining room.
The 404 Kitchen is excited to host Jake Wood and his crew from the upcoming, premiere barbecue spot, Lawrence BBQ in Raleigh, NC. Jake and his team have put together a menu of delicious smoked meat including, Texas style brisket, sticky ribs, chicken wings and pulled pork. Guests will have to pick from some mouth watering sides such as deviled egg potato salad or three cheese Mac. For dessert you will want to indulge on Granny Helen’s peach cobbler, it’s a family recipe that has been perfected over the years.
If you are walking in the Gulch and smell something tasty, don’t worry that’s just Jake and his crew smoking meat out back!
Guests enjoying this series as a take home meal or in our dining room will be given a passport – guests with 4 passport stamps will enjoy their fifth Staycation meal for two on the house.
