David Rehrmann joined The 404 Kitchen team in 2019, when he relocated to Nashville from New York City. Previously, Rehrmann managed Columbus Circle hotspot, A Voce, and led the opening team in Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse’s expansion to New York. Under Rehrmann’s leadership, Davio’s was one of eight restaurants nominated for “Best New Restaurant” in 2014 by the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges. Aside from his restaurant duties, Rehrmann also sat on the board of the Luxury Marketing Council’s New York chapter, and has appeared frequently as an panelist at hospitality industry conferences around the country.
Throughout his extensive hospitality background, David Rehrmann has had the unique opportunity to train in Michelin star-rated restaurants and work with renowned James Beard recognized chefs including Missy Robbins, Wade Moises, and Melissa Kelley. Rehrmann is a hands-on manager who thoroughly enjoys mentoring young professionals as they pursue a career in hospitality.
